I'm not generally a crafty person so I can't tell you if what they stock is good but there was a lot of stuff in there. I went in to get an item I couldn't find anywhere else in Kalgoorlie and walked out with exactly what I wanted. The service was outstanding. I recommend if you're looking for anything crafty to give them a try.

Use the business hours listed on Google as a guide only. As a home-based, semi retirement business it is in effect by appointment only ie ring ahead so they can make their space available for you to view. Yarns all seem to be based on high quality wool fibres, including some spun with possum (from New Zealand) which is super soft and luxurious. Prices are not marked which makes it a little awkward if you are genuinely looking to purchase, you have to ask for the prices of each item. Owner is very knowledge and runs workshops also. Also be mindful of the exuberant puppy that wants to jump and say say hello and goodbye.

I thought the woman in this shop was very helpful, and the shop itself very well organised. I came here from Mandurah, as my nearest wool suppliers are Spotlight or Big W or K-Mart; all ho-hum with minimal choices and zero help.Driving here today was worth it, and I will continue to look to this store in future for my supplies.
