Chris and Annette are just gems. Great help and always supportive. I'm usually an online shopper but I find that BB stocks lovely yarn at competitive prices, with customer service you can't beat!

Absolutely love this wool shop. Staff really know about their products and can advise size and needles. Chris designs her own patterns to best suit the wool. This is my favourite wool shop! Such a joy to go shopping there. Huge range.

The ladies in the shop are very helpful and explain things if you don't understand a pattern or the best type of yarn for the item you want to knit....well worth shopping here.
